Description: This project serves as a case study in contemporary tract home development, reimagining residential design through a modern lens. Hired by a local developer who had purchased 3 lots in a row, HDG focused on creating efficiently constructed homes within a compact, highly livable footprint. The result is a cohesive neighborhood of thoughtfully designed residences, drawing inspiration from Eichler-esque forms and principles.
