Description: Settled into the iconic Golf Club at Black Rock, this home is a golfer's haven in every sense. A massive outdoor kitchen and private tee box sit directly off the back patio, welcoming summer with open arms. An exercise in Pacific Northwest Modern, HDG worked within the Black Rock community guidelines to create a home that honors the midcentury principles at the core of the firm's architecture while embracing the character of this iconic golf destination. Interiors by Stroom complete the picture, threading an indoor-outdoor flow throughout and marking a seamless welcome to the neighborhood.
